Botispine 

Noun
A small (around a foot long)orange and black fish known to inhabit tropical rivers. Renowned for its poison spines, located beneath each eye, and its kickass moderating skills.

Bob: It feels like I just got stung by Botispine!
Joe: You fell into a drum of medical waste. You have a few days to live.
