Blow-worthy

Share definition Flag
When a guy does a favor for a girl that's so helpful, so amazing, only a blowjob is suitable repayment.
"Wow, Sarah. Last night my car broke down at 3 am. And the only person who was still up was James. He drove all the way across the city and helped me get it started. Then he escorted me home to make sure it didn't die again."

"That's definitely blow-worthy. Did you blow him?"

Isn't worth the powder to blow 'em up

Share definition Flag
The kind of person or group of persons who are actually worse than worthless. So much so, that as you contemplate canceling their ticket, you are forever mindful of how expensive a pain in your ass they have already made themselves. Oh to be sure, they gotta go, but as cheaply as is humanly possible so you can recoup at least some of the loses they have cost your ass.
Ya know somethin' Phily? There aren't enough aspirins in the entire aspirin taking planet to make the headaches go away like this mamaluke's been makin' for me... an' yet, he isn't worth the powder to blow 'em up. I want him gone-all-day-long, like yesterday. Understand? ...but we gadda make this on the cheap as much as is freakin' humanly possible. Do I make myself clear? Marone! This chiseling wastling degenerate cock sucking madda fuck! Oh, he's gone. Right the fack now.

Ain't worth the powder to blow them up with!

blogworthy

Share definition Flag
Literally, worthy of blogging.

Describes an event, series of events, or (broadly) adventure that would be of general edification, amusement, and/or interest to humanity at large. The term is objective; thus, an adventure only interesting enough to appeal to one's friends or to readers of a blog on a specific topic does not apply.
By the time Don got back from his hard-negotiated eight minutes with Sheila, Mistress of the Thousand Pleasures, the trip to Vegas had become officially blogworthy.

Striver

Share definition Flag
The striver is an interesting phenomenon that is seen across college campuses. In essence, the striver is an over-achiever who comes from a working or middle class family. He may be an immigrant. He may have been a slacker in HS who was "born again" into an academic wunderkind. Or he may just be an over-achiever who is keeping at it.

The striver is willing to sacrifice his social life at the expense of Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude. The striver is the guy who stays at the library long after you are gone. The striver is the guy who takes 30 credits/semester and considers anything below an A/4.0 failure. The striver doesn't work on campus, he is too busy finding ways to pad his resume instead of working retail or workstudy. The striver lets his grades pay his education by applying to ten scholarships a year.

The striver is a future Soros/Fullbright/Rhodes/Gates/Marshall/etc. fellow. The striver lives to study. For the striver, their fun comes from the rewards they expect to receive in return for their diligence. Be it Law School, B-School, academia, or politics. The striver seeks to find the American Dream through academic success.
Anthony was a striver. He transfered from a TTT to an IVY and graduated in 2 years. He studied his ass off and went to Penn Law. He got a Biglaw offer. But lost it all because of an unmoderated mesasgeboard.
