When a man is doing a girl doggy style, and places his hanging balls into a bucket of ice.(you'll need low balls or a tall bucket) The act must last a good 20-30 minutes to achieve a good chill. When the time is right the guy will proceed to blow a very cool, refreshing load onto the girls face.
