A Bagpipe Queen is a homosexual man (who may or may not be ethnically Scottish or a redhead) who is sexually attracted to redheaded men, usually ethnically Scottish. Not to be mistaken with Ginger Fever, which applies to heterosexual men attracted to redheaded women.
