A substitution for the phrase: "That's what she said". Often used when in "mixed" company and/or public places when saying "That's what she said" would be considered inappropriate.
Setting: Family Dinner with Grandparents
Brother 1: Man, I've sure gotta pack this meat in (In reference to unfinished steak).
Brother 2: BOOMSCOOTER!
Other Family Members: *Confused, yet not offended*
