Ass Meaner 

Adj. Deprived from the two phrases "Ass Hole" and "Meaner". Used as an insult for someone who is excessively and unnecessarily mean. Used when wanted to insult someone but not wanting to sound too harsh or bitchy.

Jack: "You're such a loser."
Karly: "Wow Jack, you're such an ass meaner."
