The obnoxious combination of arrogant and ignorant. In other words, a way to describe people that think they know everything, but they don't.

I am done talking with that arrognorant jerk on Facebook! That's it, I'm blocking him.

Ones expression of an (unknown to them) false statement delivered with high levels of arrogance and ignorance.

Mark is so arrignorant, he just said, "I'm a genius, I just added LED lights above my solar panels so my solar panels can make power all day! I doubled their energy production. Why haven't solar panel researchers thought of this by now!?! I should patent this!"
