Analessional 

It is a cross between anal-retentive and professional. It is when someone takes the notion of being "professional" to such an extreme that it becomes a hindrance and makes them look like a total douche.

"Why does Chris want me to rewrite that memo again? He is so analessional, I already rewrote it five times."
