Someone who obsessively watches/reads "alpha male" content and videos on Youtube and other dating/game sites, but never actually applies any of it in real life to better themselves. They are typically cowardly and insecure and have a tendency to shame and criticize others online for being "betas".

He's such a jerkoff-alpha, All he does is shame and talk shit about others for being beta, but yet he never shows his face or reveals any info about himself.
