A bitch with abs. Ab + Bitch = ABBITCH.

Also known as one who bitches around when things aren't going for them and starts blocking off people either on social media or in real life (if he/she has one). Most likely an antisocial person with no social skills

Me: Hey bro why's this dude blocking me on social media? He's in our class but just seems really isolated. He doesn't have friends and whenever real people come up to him he gets all hostile and strts bitching about. He's also always stuck on his phone surfing social media. Most antisocial person I've ever seen. He's also fat and overweight as well, typical.

Me: Ah yeah, must be Abbitch. His only ab is probably his fat belly.
