(noun/adj.)
1. When you are not yourself and/or totally quiet when meeting new people.

2. You always tend to meet new people in an awkward/embarrassing way and can't talk to them because of the awkwardness.

1. Girl: "Hey I want you to meet some of my friends"

Boy: "I have AMNPS so I wouldn't be interesting."

2. Boy: "Hey Jim, what's up?"

Jim: "Just chilling... Wait aren't you that guy who puked

yesterday like the chick from the exorcist?"

Boy: "Uhmm... yeah...."

The boy now has AMNPS.

Amnosia

The same as Amnesia but Amnosia isn't medically recognised.

"I may or may not have done it, I don't remember. I have Amnosia."
"You have Amnesia?"
"No, it's Amnosia. Basically, Amnosia and Amnesia are the exact same except Amnesia is medically recognised whilst Amnosia is not."
"Uh huh.."

Repetitive Familiarity Amnesia

The inability to remember if you did something you do every day.

Every morning when you leave the house, you push the button on the garage door remote closing the garage door. Then 10 minutes later, you can’t recall if you closed the garage door because you do the exact same action at the exact same time every morning, so they all blend together and you couldn’t tell if your memory was from that morning or any of the previous mornings where you went through the same motions like you have countless times before. You just experienced Repetitive Familiarity Amnesia.

noun; a state of mind where one experiences a pleasant glow due to a combination of reminiscences of a past time, and completely forgetting how rubbish that time was whilst you were originally experiencing it.

Nostalgic Amnesia had set in, and Frodo found himself pining for the glory days in Mordor.
