4xfat

The 4xfat is a heat of the 4x100m relay, in highschool and sometimes college, run by the throwers on the track team. The 'fat' in 4xfat is due to the bulky stature of a typical thrower when compared with a sprinter.

4Father 

4Father|Noun
A 4Father is someone that, regardless of gender, realizes that they are in a different time in their dating life. They look for quality values and traits in a partner that will help enrich their lives and vice-versa. They understand that everyone has faults just as much as they do and they are willing to accept those faults. They also realize that nothing that's worth something is free or easy and they're willing to put in the work and effort for the same in return.

Man 1: Man, I can't seem to get a date with the new marketing rep. I just don't get it.
Man 2: Well, have ya been trying your normal D Squared Dad tactics, because I can definitely tell that she's probably looking for a 4Father figure in her life rather than a disposable daddy.
Man 1: No way am I a disposable daddy. I want to get to know her and see if we having something more than work in common.
Man 2: That does sound a bit more 4Father than (D²)ad to me. Maybe she's just focused on her career right now.
Man 1: Maybe.
