Similar to the q.q. face which means to complain, cry, or whine, >q.q< is the same except it is a bat that is crying because they've been denied. Hence the wings ">" "<" around the "crying" face for the bat and given the context, usually used while being denied. Frequently seen in Trade chat in the online game World of Warcraft. Supposedly first appeared on the Hyjal server.
