Old south. A verbal slap. A descriptive joining the sarcastic “right” , as in “you ain’t right” or “There’s a right one here.”, describing a very annoying person, and a sarcastic “funny” as in not being what they seem to be
A stranger shared his opposing political views which brought the old man to shouting and arm waving. Fearing an apoplectic attack, the stranger is told to “fuck off” by another person, he does but on their way out , 30 minutes later, the old southern matron sidewinds by the strangers wife, who was not a party to any of the aforementioned, and deadpans “You two are right funny.”

I live in the Deep South, but I voted purple on the ballot sheet. I want small government and support abortion for medical purposes. I’m conservative, but agree with some Democrat ideologies. I suppose this makes me ambivalent right.
