faux swear

A word or phrase used in replacement of a real @&$*ing swear word. For example, “Crap, Shucks, Son of a Fork, etc.”

My mom says I can’t say the f-word, so I use faux swears instead.

(not to be confused with the dyslexic word fomo aka fucker mother)
