Huddle

To get an elite group of people together so that they may put their heads together, so to say, in order to brainstorm critical topics for potential solutions that involve other people doing the work. You know a huddle was done correctly when the participants walk away feeling like they accomplished a lot.
After lunch let's do a quick huddle on our revenue cycle optimization (RCO) and why it has recently plummeted.
