Usually a derogatory term to denote African-Americans or other persons of dark skin pigmentation. The appellation "nigger" has been adapted and deemed as acceptable language by a major defense contractor to denote the lower paid, second-class employee citizenship of it's maintenance custodians (janitors) in comparison to all other worker classifications/trades.
