The word duppy can be used to describe a person, usually a young man who acts without confidence, and is generally uninteresting, but still attempts to be. It can also be used to describe an object or idea that is stupid. Duppy is generally a negative term, used when describing an uncharismatic person.
Guy 1: Hey bro! Do you like memes? I really like them! Sicko Mode! Mo Bamba! I have airpods! So anyway do you want to have a hang sesh this weekend?
Guy 2: Never speak to me again, youre acting duppy.
