When you go to the bathroom in somebody else's house, typically during a party, and rather than piss directly into the toilet, you put the seat down, stand on it and spin around, pissing all over the bathroom, making helicopter sounds if so desired.

An abbreviation created by MK from the 7 (Holloway) a complex sexual position that can’t be performed by everybody, you have to be granted the privelage first by one of the nominated helicopter pilots first before executing this complex position, if helicopter is performed without permission and exposed you could be provided with a hefty fine or penalty eg a cash fine or even death.
