An African-American individual that has no social disciplines nor has the competence to realize their faults. These individuals have a tendency to spread their ignorance through the excessive usage of the slang term 'nigga' and usually dress in a 'ghetto' fashion.

They also may randomly take off their shirts and scare all females in a 5 block radius away from them.
