To make small talk with someone with the aim of complimenting them or becoming bro's with them

Guy 1: Dude! Sweet Slayer tee!
Guy 2: Uhh, thanks. Do I know you?
Guy 1: Nah bro, just wanted to let you know that t-shirt is sick. Slayer rocks.
Guy 2: O.k, thanks I guess.
Guy 1: So, you wanna go get a beer somewhere?
Guy 2: Nah, I'm not one to go and drink with everyone who wants to brodown with me.
