Barra the world is referring to the ford barra engine. The barra engine was a 6 cylinder motor made by Ford in either LPG or petrol and from factory had the option for a turbo with the petrol and are a verry strong motor in stock form capable of upto 500hp with little to no mods

smoking barras down here in the outback of australia is where the true aussie comes in. nothing like getting a wriggle into the tasty fish that you caught earlier down at bondi beach, but drinking a few beers with ya mates (preferably steve). happy barra smoking and don’t get too drunk mate!
