Weirdgirl C!Tommy, is a concept that was born on twitter. It is a headcanon in the dsmp fandom, that Tom Simons, dsmp character, Tommy, is a trans girl. More specifically a Weirdgirl. Weirdgirls are girls who are, well, weird. They often are associated with undiagnosed Autism and/or ADHD, and often have weird mannerisms and/or interests.
The headcanon is spread by different twitter users, but mostly by @GRAVEYARDFUNK on twitter, who also recently revived the headcanon which spread controversy around headcanoning characters as trans feminine.

Not to be confused with "ocean vegetation", this is a code-word for marijuana --- i.e., "c" weed, with "c" standing for "cannabis".

It's widely known that many commercial fishermen bring in "something other than fish" during many of their offshore hauls; to both avoid arousing suspicion among the authorities AND secretly convey to their cohorts that they "have the goods", they claim to be hauling "c-weed" as a side-business to their regular Pisces/crustacean-based harvesting.
