Scientific Method Bias dismisses historical sciences (geology, astronomy, evolutionary biology) because they can't run experiments, social sciences because they can't fully control variables, and any inquiry that doesn't match the template as somehow less valid. It mistakes one useful procedure for the procedure, one historical development for the timeless standard, one cultural product for the universal logic of inquiry.
