World’s Greatest Stretch

A dynamic full-body mobility exercise that combines a deep lunge, thoracic spine rotation, and hamstring stretch to improve flexibility, joint mobility, and muscular activation across the hips, spine, hamstrings, and shoulders. Commonly used as a warm-up drill in athletic and general fitness settings. Made popular by Dr. Aaron Horschig of Squat University.
