It often brings about a sense of despair, loneliness, and a strong urge to find a girlfriend/boyfriend. It can sometimes even lead to depression when severe, and can blur one's standards.
The causes:
While watching a drama, one becomes fully immersed in the characters—especially the couples—that the barrier between the drama and real life starts to dissolve. After one finishes watching the drama, the comparatively lackluster life of the viewer brings about a craving for an experience similar to the story. This catalyzes many relationships that are destined to fail.
