The word “Retard” is used to offend a most likely disabled person. For example: a person that has a learning disability. From personal experience being called a retard is very hurtful to me and it left me thinking I was useless and utterly stupid (which I am but whatever). Just don’t use it unless u can actually use it. It’s a bad slur and yeah for whoever is reading this remember to drink water everyday and have a great day :)
