SOB

Seal on a bed sheet. A flag that is usually a blank color with a seal or coat of arms in the middle.
SOBs are are almost always really bad flags due to being overly complex and or boring,

Ex. Most US state flags

Wisconsin's flag is an SOB, pretty boring to be honest.
