two bit is a character from “the outsiders” (very good book/ movie) he’s low key an alcoholic, but we love him either way even though he may look like a Teletubby we love him.

Deriving from the "Shave and Hair cut, two bits" jingle, "Two bits" refers to a woman who does not shave/wax/remove body hair on legs, arm pits, facial hair, etc. The words two bits are used alone to reference the jingle with the implication that a shave/wax/haior removal is in order.

A young, badly-behaved, and inexperienced hoodlum. Also a petty criminal. The "two-bit" prefix denotes a cheap worthlessness.

Two-bit is from early american times when money was sperated in "bits" equal to about 12.5 cents a piece, a common price for alot of items was two-bits, or 25 cents. Thus, an old-fashoined way of identifiyng someone as a 25-cent whore.
A guy walks in and sits down at a bar. The side of his face is bruised and bleeding so the bartender asks, "What in the world happened to you, buddy?".
The guy says, "Oh, I got in a fight with my girlfriend and I called her a two-bit whore." "Yeah?" asks the bartender. "What did she do?"
"She hit me with her bag of quarters!"

Two-Bit Mathews is a very underrated character from The Outsiders. He loves chocolate cake and Mickey Mouse. He always stands up for and protects his friends because they’re really like his family. He loves cracking jokes and causing trouble. He didn’t have enough screen time for you to really get to know him but in the time he did have he stole your heart for his personality and good looks.
