Derived from the word "feuchter", it is a classic Chad/Brad move. He enjoys telling a girl all the things he will do to her and maybe even exchanging lewd photos but when it comes to finally hit it and quit it, he skips the "hitting it" part and just quits it all together or at least for a few days before starting the cycle over again.
