A more modern version of "Snitches get Stitches" indicating that people who snitch or tell on others to authorities will get no "bitches" as in a female partner, and be single for all eternity.

Snitch: "I saw Jeremiah do it. he murdered the pope"
Jeremiah: "Watch it, snitches get no bitches"

Snitches get only bitches

The only women a snitch will get are the worst ones. Similar to Snitches get stitches.

If you gave away the secret, the only women you'll get are the worst ones, snitches get only bitches.
