A person who presents themselves as a friend but acts with hidden motives, passive hostility, or subtle sabotage. The opposite of a genuine friend — often smiling in your face while working against you behind the scenes.

She congratulated me on the promotion, then tried to undermine me in front of the team — classic afriend move.
