Lots of people say that it is the selfish thing to do when you’re depressed but it’s not. The people who say this type of stuff are real jerks. If you feel alone your not their are a lot of people who will help if you are going through a hard time, take me for example just recently I have been dealing with suicidal thoughts but i did the right thing to do and called the suicide hotline to help and knew it was the right thing to do and I just want you to know depression doesn’t go away it stays with you for the rest of you life but their are people that can help you deal with this and make those thoughts gradually go away.And please if your are harming your self or having suicidal thoughts please reach out somebody and know your not alone
