Slang used by Sailor Moon fans as a humorous euphemism for sapphic couples. Refers to Cloverway's English language localization of the original 1992 anime, wherein prominent lesbian lovers Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune were changed to being cousins due to censorship laws of the time
