A theoretical form of government that many submissive men and women find alluring in spite of knowledge of politics, human nature, and ethical standards, in which dominant women are the supreme rulers of the world.

Greg: “Every day I wish I was living under a dominatocracy.”

A person who intercepts tornadoes inside of a DOW vehicle. They usually die.

That guy is driving towards the tornado in a DOW. He is probably a Dowinator.
