When a person is judged or "taxed" for being not something or "being phantom".

Person 1: "Skibidi"
Person 2: "What is skibidi?"
Person 1: "Phantom tax!"
Person 2: "Oh no!"
Person 1: "Gyat!"

in this example, person 1 has rizz and person 2 has phantom tax

Person 1: That pig just flew!
Person 2: No way that's "unpossible"
Person 1: Nah mate its "impossible" you just used a phantom-word
