In the Omegaverse, on a certain time of the year the Omega is most fertile and ready to mate which is when they are in ‘Heat’. Most choose to get a partner to ‘help’ during their time of heat. Omegas can choose to have an omega or an Alpha to help. You don’t wanna know what I mean by ‘help’.
