Botsplaining (n.) The reflexive over-explanation produced by an AI system when safety and tone stabilization outrank context recognition; explanation delivered not because the user lacks understanding, but because the system cannot risk assuming they do.

hexa bootsie

Hexa meaning hella (or very) and bootsie is often used for uncool so the term hexa bootsie refurs to "very uncool"

Sometimes, like the words sick or damn, it has the opposite meaning so it mean "very cool" (i use it this way)

so "damn... that girl is hexa bootsie" could mean "wow that girl is hot"
