Music artist or DJ on a festival who doesn't show up or gets cancelled every single time.
Usually has a weird preview image on the website in comparison to other artists.
Also sometimes called XXX.

"Fuck dude, I was so eager to see talentslot tonight, but his act was cancelled."

"I only bought the festival ticket for talentslot, but he wasn't on stage."

A self proclaimed buzz word used in the act of recruiting people for jobs. Does not require a degree. Not to be confused with Paleontologist which is someone who studies dinosaurs.
