creval cream 

A moist cream like substance, found at or near the anal region. This liquidy substance is made up of a mixture of sweat, ass and/or fart juice and fecal matter forming into a creamy texture over time if not properly cleansed. Substance is identified by intense but not lethal odor and light brown color.

It was so hot today, there should be an abundant supply of creval cream in my ass tonight.
