When a dangerously obese women (almost always black) brakes into the local zoo in the middle of winter and hops on a male zebra. This action brakes the zebra's legs and in turn, the women proceeds with forced sexual intercoarse with the zebra.

Coined by Jon Stewart on The Daily Show for Wednesday, October 2nd, 2013 as a word for House Republicans responsible for the Government Shutdown begun at 12:01am on October 1st, 2013 simultaneous with implementation of Obama Healthcare.

Stewart used the term twice during the bit as a derogatory euphemism for U.S. Republicans and particularly Tea Party .
