EXTREMELY whipped, as in not being able to do anything without permission from your girlfriend. In general, being whiptidded means acting like you have no balls in front of your friends because you don't won't to upset your woman.

"Did you see how Andy ran to the kitchen to make some dinner when Taylor mentioned that she was a little hungry?"
