Mechanical spray lubricant such as WD-40. A French Canadian slang used by mechanics and others trades working in the underground mines. When something is seized up and needs loosening you apply the Glisse-Penis onto it to free up any nut, bolt or shaft. Commonly heard in and around underground mines.
