a person with little or no morals who have a squids brain, thinks they can treat people meanly and try and use a diplomatic phrase to try control or intimidate someone, when infact, they havent got a clue about life values

diplosquid 

A person who thinks they are diplomatic, But actually have the brains of a squid...
A person who thinks they know everything better than everyone else and try to answer everything said in a horrible/sarcastic diplomatic way, but they make no sense....

Some people are so full of themselves and think they know everything, treating people with no respect.
