the male version of camel toe, where one nut hangs to the left and the other to the right. often found on cowboys who are wearing wranglers that are too small.

male 1: dude! that guy's got cowboy toe.
male 2: yeah, that's disgusting, i bet he never has kids those wranglers are so tight.
