a cayhall is a person who despises many people, basically a misanthrope who has special hate preferences against people who are not white. A cayhall is often an older white man on death row. A cayhall can also be used to insult someone who is about to get in trouble for being dumb.
Look at the dumb cayhall... he called that ghetto kid a yung nig and is 'bout to get his ass whooped by that kids mom.
