Truthophobe 

Anyone that hates or denies the truth. i.e. the sky is blue or there are only 2 genders.

Don't be such a truthophobe and accept the reality if you were born with a penis you are male and if you were born with a vagina you are female, there are no other options.

1. Having a fear of or an aversion for the truth.
2. Lacking an affinity for the truth.

My ex denies the true and actual state of a matter, he is a truthaphobic.
