Tags on a plane 

A simple existential observation that has the same meaning as "Whaddya gonna do?" or "Shit Happens" and references a website that uses tags improperly or to little effect.

Etymology: Snakes on a plane

Q: "My last search on Urban Dictionary had a bunch of annoying tags at the top that had nothing to do with what I was looking for."

A: "Yah, tags on a plane man, tags on a plane."
