A person that is a hardcore smoker, chases the nicotine buzz as well as girls.

He is also known as a SIMP. Peter is also known as Peter Powder Powder, Mr. Powder, Powderium, Blow powder and Plooder.
He is overall a nice guy, but often chooses women over his bros.

Andrew: Yo Peter Powder I bet you can't finish that cig in one drag
Peter: nice
Andrew: *shouts* "BLOW POWDERRR PETERRRRRR"

pester power 

A term used to describe how young children (typically between 5 and 10 years old) can make their parents do anything they want by bugging them until they crack.

The term was coined by the media in the late 1990’s and gets batted around a lot around Christmas time so as not to offend parents who lack the testicular fortitude to say no to their children.
