Millwrongs 

An individual who claims the status of a Millwright, but in most cases is not a Millwright by trade - if even traded at all, usually these individuals are only capable of performing a few small jobs and aren't very good at those either.

Fred:"Hey John, man that millwright is so bad at his job"

John:"Of course he's not a trained Millwright,and has no education"

Fred:"Oh! it's one of the Millwrongs we have then is it - must be a non-union place""

one who is in the millwright trade, but is really bad at doing everything.

Lee claims he is a millwright, but after getting his arm mangled by a lathe, we know now he is a millwrong.
